In cases of manufacturing problems, exchange, or withdrawal, an Email or Whatsapp or Phone call must be sent in advance informing the situation and always respecting the conditions established in the Consumer Protection Code and this Exchange Policy🇧🇷

According to the Consumer Protection Code, the products purchased may be exchanged or returned, without any reason by the customer, and the amount fully refunded, in up to 7 days, to be counted from the date of delivery, if the intention of return is informed within the aforementioned period, and provided that they are within their original packaging and accompanied by the graphic materials and certificates that follow with the product.

In cases of return or product exchange, return shipping will be paid by the customer. In cases where the filling in of the address at the time of purchase is incorrect, the second shipment, after return, will be borne by the customer.

In cases of a manufacturing defect, the freight for reshipping the new product to the customer will be paid by STRIBOO, (only if the delivery address is for the same country as the purchase).

In cases of a manufacturing defect, the exchange or refund period on the part of STRIBOO must be carried out in up to 30 days, to be counted from the return of the product, and provided that it is in the original packaging and accompanied by all original materials sent with the product.

Products with defects resulting from misuse will not be exchanged but may be evaluated by STRIBOO for a possible repair, to be paid for by the customer.
